Refund policy

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of the date and time of your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact the inquiry desk on this site.

After delivery, we will refund only if the shipped item is damaged or different from the ordered item.

Refunds are basically for defective products, not for all orders.

2. We check for damaged or different items.
3. Refund to your designated account.
