Gorgeous and refined aroma. Main aromas are apple and melon, linden enhances gorgeous impression. There are rice flower aroma and fresh green. Nice elegance from wet stone like minerality.
Fruits like soft sweetness balanced with refreshing acid. Dry finish with some Umami and minerality. It’s medium body.
It’s gorgeous, refine, and pure taste. I can see gorgeous flavor from yeast variety and delicate taste from making method so it good for lower temperature with medium size wine glass. It suits for aperitif also good for light meal.
