Smooth and rich sweetness. Well balanced acidity and alocohol. You won't feel too much alcohol but enough volume of taste. The long finish with the aromas of fruits and almond jelly you've felt.
This sake has the impressive, brilliant and fruity aroma and the mellow taste. Moreover it has richness from alcohol because of beeing the Namasake(unheated sake). We recommend a medium-size wine glass at room temprature(18-20℃) to feel the aroma brillianty. The thinner the glass, the more you can enjoy the sharp acidity with fresh feeling.
