General comment
This sake has the impressive, brilliant and fruity aroma and the mellow taste. Moreover it has richness from alcohol because of beeing the Namasake(unheated sake). We recommend a medium-size wine glass at room temprature(18-20℃) to feel the aroma brillianty. The thinner the glass, the more you can enjoy the sharp acidity with fresh feeling.
